Establish the Connection

 
 

To establish a remote desktop support connection between an operator and a client, you don't need to install or configure anything. An operator only needs to run the ISL Light Desk application, and a client runs the ISL Light Client application. Both can start the applications from the ISL Light's official website or can download the ISL Light Desk and/or ISL Light Client application to a PC and run it from there. You may also publish the ISL Light Client application on your company's website and instruct your clients to download it from there.

 

 

 

OPERATOR

  • Start ISL Light Desk
 

   
  • Press GET CODE
 
   
  • Enter username and password.
  • You will obtain the unique session code.
  • Tell the unique session code to the client.
 
   
CLIENT
  • Start ISL Light Client
   
  • Enter the unique session code.
  • Click "connect".
