Once the server is defined, please assign your Server License(s) to the suitable IP address / DNS name.

|
| Create a new packet |
You need to create an ISL Light packet with the server's IP address / DNS name. When the packet is created, your server's IP address / DNS name is embeded in the ISL Light Desk, the ISL Light Client and the ISL Conference Proxy application.
| Step 1 of 4: IP Addresses and ISL Light version |
| |
After selecting the Create a new packet option, the first of four Create a new packet wizard steps appears. Please enter the server's outer IP Address or its DNS name, to which you would like to install the ISL Conference Proxy application: |
 |
Inner IP address is NOT mandatory. It should be filled in only if an operator and a client will be using an Intranet option when using ISL Light. Please notice: if entered, the inner IP Address should match an Intranet IP range (prefixed numbers [172*], [10*], [192*], [164*], [200*] or [129*]).
Choose a release version of the ISL Light software. Please notice: you need a valid Extended Support Services (ESS) to be able to create a packet with the latest release.
| Step 2 of 4: Dialogs files and ports |
| |
You are welcome to customize your ISL Light remote desktop support system. You can configure ports for establishing an ISL Light connection, insert your company's logo which will be displayed in the ISL Light Desk and ISL Light Client application, and create a disclaimer to be displayed to the ISL Light Client and ISL Light Desk user upon establishing a new remote desktop session. |

Options to customize your ISL Light system:
- Custom logo image (optional): Your custom logo image. Must be a Bitmap (BMP) of the maximal size of 80 x 80 pixels.
- Client custom dialogs file (optional): A custom dialog file for the ISL Light Client application can be created and uploaded here. You can define a disclaimer which will be shown in the beginning of every ISL Light session and an end-of-session dialog for the ISL Light Desk and the ISL Light Client application. The parameters for dialogs should be written in a special format. All dialogs should be included in a single file. Please see an example of the Start of dialog and end of session .INI file.
- Desk custom dialogs file (optional): A custom dialog file for the ISL Light Desk application.
- Use HTTP (80) port: ISL Light should use the (80) port when making a connection.
- Use HTTPS (443) port: ISL Light should use the (443) port when making a connection. Both ports (80, 443) serve as an alias for the main session port to be used for establishing remote desktop connections from strictly firewalled networks.
- Session port: ISL Light Desk and ISL Light Client use this port for connecting to an ISL Light session.
- Desk control port: ISL Light Desk (version 2) uses this port to connect to the ISL Conference Proxy and requests a session code.
| Step 3 of 4: Your information |
| |
This information will be displayed in the "Licensed to: ..." in the About dialog in the ISL Light Client and the ISL Light Desk application: |

| Step 4 of 4: Final confirmation |
| |
Please review the information provided and press the "Create packet" button to finish the Create new packet wizard. |

After pressing the button "Create packet", you need to wait for a few seconds. When the packet is created, a new menuappears (My Account / Server license / packets). In this menu you will be able to find a list of all your packets once created:
